As of November 1st, 2013, employers and employees in BC have legal obligation to ensure their workplaces can effectively prevent and/or address bullying and harassing behaviours.

Whether you are still developing policy statements or already training your staff, you can help create a safe and respectful workplace by following the recommendations of WorkSafeBC.

To assist in understanding the new legal requirements, WorkSafeBC has provided a new guideline and tool kit, which includes a handbook, fact sheets, videos, training tools and customizable templates.
